Dan brings a broad range of experience with leadership development, insight into cultural understanding, vision casting, sincerity in connecting with people, and achievement of established goals.
Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, he went on to receive a BA from Oklahoma Baptist University, double major in Religion and Psychology. In further study, he received a Master’s in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Dan served as a university campus minister for 22 years with Baptist Student Ministry (BSM) for the Baptist General Convention of Texas, serving 5 years at UT RGV, 13 years at Howard Payne University, and 4 years at UT – Medical Branch in Galveston.
He went on to work with RSI and OFK to lead varied and far-reaching capital campaigns. It was an opportunity to help leaders expand vision, to clearly communicate campaign processes, to encourage and support leaders in campaign functions, and to walk alongside to see campaign to success.
Dan’s personal interests are running, hiking, travel, and continual self-understanding & self-improvement.
